The Red Ochre Deluxe Top Box is an amp top version of our premium Treblebooster. Featuring Philips or Mullard OC44, OC71 or STC TK22C transistors, this treblebooster also houses a 3 way toggle switch that offers tone shaping to help you dial in your the perfect amount of bite or grunt. Added to that are a selection of NOS Philips, Mullard mustard and Mullard tropical fish capacitors, hand selected NOS or reclaimed capacitors for the tone section and NOS Piher and/ or Allen Bradley resistors. All of this will be mounted to a hand crafted perf board or reclaimed tag board. We also use Alpha potentiometers, Neutrik or Switchcraft jacks and Carling toggle switches. These trebleboosters can come in a variety of options, build styles, transistors and more.

The tone selector switch can also be upgraded to a high quality rotary switch with a matching knob if you prefer that look. Be sure to let us know which option you prefer.
 

There are also a couple of options for finish colour that include both traditional hammer paint, and powdercoat. Be aware that the traditional hammer paint can take quite a while to cure depending on the weather and time of year.

 

You may also request an on/off battery switch.
