Here we have, available for pre order, the Red Ochre Custom in this beautiful White Vein. This is a classic build with a different take on the layout, and several different options in regards to transistors, jacks and power.

Each one of these killer trebleboosters features a either a Mullard/Philips AC107, a Mullard Great Britain OC42, or OC43 Transistor. Or a Philips Mullard OC71. These all sound absolutely amazing.

The OC71s are little warmer and  rounder in tone than the OC44s.
THE AC107s have a great mid punch and massive bite.
The OC42s and 43s are both excellent replacements for the OC44.

Along with that will be the following goodness.

Housed in a Hammond 1590 P1 enclosure with 1 x Large white 70s Rendar knob,
Switchcraft dress nuts and a Red LED in Tall Bezel.

IMPORTANT: There are only 3 (THREE) Rendar Knobs left. Once they are gone, I will need to source a replacement.

Then on the inside we have

TOCOS Potentiometer.
Phenolic Tag strip.
Sprague and Mullard Capacitors.
Piher, Allen Bradley and Philips resistors.
Switchraft jacks.
Dailywell footswitch.
Silver badge.

This Treblebooster has a pre-set input coupling cap which will be a 15nf (0.015uf) Mullard Mustard, RS Ceramic or Mullard Tropical Fish capacitor, depending on availability. If you would like something brighter, or darker, just let me know.

The output coupling cap will be a Ducon or Mullard Mustard cap, again depending on availability.

BUILD OPTIONS

The Jacks can be either on the face of the pedal as per the original version, or top mounted, like you would find on our regular pedals. See the sample images provided.

You will also have the option for either Battery Only, External 9V Only, or both Battery and External 9V. The External 9V Only will have the larger chrome DC socket, as per the original. If the Battery + External 9v option is chosen, then a switching DC socket is required and will be either a small chrome version, or a white plastic DC socket. Your choice.

You can choose from these options on the top right of this page along with your transistor choice.
